- 1.5 lb Salmon
- 1tbso mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/3 tsp salt
- wooden 6 inch skewers
- Wash and cut salmon in 1 inch cubes. Add 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce , salt and mix so salmon coated well. Let it marinade for 15 minutes
2. Layer salmon on to skewers , place in to air fryer basket. Cook at 400 F for 8 to 9 minutes, checking occasionally.
3. Take out Salmon kebobs from air fryer and serve with sauce of your choice and lemon slices.
