Asparagus Quiche

prep time 15 minutes, cooking time 5 minutes, baking time 30 minutes


Asparagus  Quiche  is perfect for  breakfast, brunch and dinner. A delectable combination of ingredients that result in a tasty quiche dish.


  • 1 package store bought pie crust dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cut in 1/2 ” pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Roll out the prepared pie crust, press into the sides of the tart pan. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes

3.Heat the  skillet ,add 2 tbsp olive oil . Add bacon and chopped asparagus and cook until asparagus tender and bacon is crispy.

4. Transfer cooked bacon and asparagus into baked pie crust

5. In the bowl whisk eggs, mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, salt ,pepper and pour over bacon and asparagus.

6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over egg mixture, decorate with cherry tomatoes and asparagus.

7.Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

8.Take out from the oven and serve.
