Shrimp salad

prep time 15 minutes, cooking time 5 minutes, serves 6 people


This quick and easy Shrimp Salad  is complete with all your favorite flavors, crunchy veggies and fresh herbs , topped with spicy shrimp ,that can be easily made in just minutes! 


  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cucumber , cut into thin strips
  • 1 carrot  julienne
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 16 jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp red crushed pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1tbsp sesame seeds



  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add  paprika , crushed pepper, salt, shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes each side. Set aside.

2.In big bowl combine cabbage, cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper.

3.In small bowl whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger  black pepper, soy sauce, and pour over the vegetables. Mix well.

4.I served in portion bowl, Transfer salad into small serving bowls, top them with shrimp . Serve
