Fig and Goat cheese pastry

prep  time 10 minute, baking time 2o minutes

This Fig and goat cheese pastry is a great addition to any party and as an appetizer for your guests. The combination of goat cheese, figs, and honey is to die for!


  • 1lb puff pastry dough, thawed
  • 1 pint fresh figs
  • goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F/200C
  2. Roll out a pastry sheet , using cookie cuter cut out the shape of tree and stars. Brush with egg wash

3. Wash ,slice figs, and place on the middle off pastry. Sprinkle with sugar. transfer to baking sheet.

4. Place baking sheet into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Take out  of oven ,sprinkle with crumbled goat, and drizzle with honey cheese
