Tiramisu roll cake

This  Tiramisu Roll cake  recipe made with coffee soaked lady fingers, sweet and creamy filling, and cocoa powder dusted , and berries on top. It is an impressive no-bake dessert that’s sure to impress even the pickiest of eaters.


  • 1 package lady fingers cookies ,Savoiardi
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 120 ml condensed milk
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cold espresso
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cacao powder
  • berries of your choice


  1. Add cream cheese and condensed milk  to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with electric mixers , Add sugar vanilla and heavy cream continue to beat until stiff peaks. Set aside.
  2.  Dip the lady fingers in the coffee (Don’t soak them–just quickly dip them on both sides to get them wet) and lay them in a single layer on the plastic wrap.

        3.Spread cream mixture over the top of dipped lady fingers. Leave 3 tbsp of cream for decor. Add berries of your choice.

4.Helping with plastic wrap roll the cake .  Wrap with same wrap and place in to refrigerator for an hour.

5.Take out the roll from refrigerator, spread and cover the roll with thin layer of cream. Sprinkle with cacao powder  , decorate with cream and berries.
