Puff Pastry Stars

Prep time 10 minutes, baking time 10 minutes

This Puff pastry Stars looks so impressive but it actually really easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Crispy puff pastry, light whipping cream and fresh berries make beautiful and delicious dessert


  • 1 lb Puff pastry dough , thawed
  • 1 egg
  • berries of your choice, I used raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
  • fresh mint to garnish
  •  6 oz whipped cream
  • star shaped cookie cuter


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F/ 200C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold one puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured work surface. Use a 5″ and 3″  wide star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out individual pastry stars and place them on the baking sheets. Repeat with the remaining puff pastry sheet.

    3.Brush egg wash on top of each star

    4.Bake until the stars are puffed and golden-brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes

    5. Add whipped cream on the middle of each star and decorate with berries and fresh mint . Serve
