Ingredients:

1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

4 rice paper

4 tablespoon of vegetable oil for frying

1/3 head of Lettice, shredded

1 English cucumber , julienned

1 tomato , sliced

1/2 cup cilantro,
Instruction
- Peel and devein the prawns.
- Add the prawns, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, in a large container. Mix it well
- Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet and shallow fry the prawns. Do not overcrowd.
4.Remove when the prawns when they are golden brown . Set aside
5.In a skillet, heat up 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
6.Using scissors, cut the rice paper into quarters
7.Once the oil is hot, add the rice paper one at a time. Once the paper crisps up, help fold it a bit, so it shapes like a taco shell. transfer rice tacos on the paper towel
8. For the dressing , in the small bowl mix mayonnaise with Sriracha chili sauce
9.Assemble tacos: on the rice paper shell add shredded lattice, cucumber, tomato, cilantro spicy shrimp, and top them with spicy mayonnaise
