Smoked salmon crepe roll

These Smoked Salmon  crepes roll recipe with smoked salmon make absolutely impressive, decadent and nutritious brunch. irresistibly delicious appetizer for your cocktail party!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup flour
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup red caviar( optional) for decor
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of spinach, eggs, milk into blander and bled until smooth
  2. Add flour, salt , sugar into blender and blend again. Add 1 cup hot water, vegetable oil  and let it stay for 15 minutes
  3. Heat a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Gently stir the batter with a spoon to blend the layers of the batter.

5.Brush the skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then pour a 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Immediately lift the pan up and immediately tilt and swirl it around in a circular motion to evenly coat the entire bottom portion of pan with batter.

6.Cook for 1 minute. Use an offset spatula to lift the edge of the crepe and flip it. Cook for 30 seconds

7.Transfer the crepes to a plate and repeat until all of the batter has been used. Place crepe on flat surface, spread whipped cream cheese. Place strips of smoked salmon on the lover part of crepe, add sliced onion and roll up to the roll.

8.Cut the roll into 2 inch pieces, place on the serving plate. Garnish with red caviar and fresh dill (optional)
