Broiled Salmon with roasted asparagus is keto friendly meal and will make your family and guests very happy. This Broiled Salmon recipe coats the fish in a thin layer of flavorful mayonnaise seasoned with Sriracha chili Sauce and fresh lemon juice, and works with either individual portions of fish or a large party-size fillet.
- 5 (7 oz) skinless salmon fillets
- 1.5 lbs asparagus
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- In small bowl mix mayonnaise, Sriracha chili sauce and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking pan covered with parchment paper. Coat the salmon with mayonnaise mixture.
3.Preheat the broiler, place baking pan with salmon under broiler.
6.Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and, if they’re thick, peel them. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat the asparagus completely. Spread the asparagus in a single layer and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Roast the asparagus for 25 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
