Cucumber Smoked Salmon rolls

Cucumber Smoked Salmon rolls are refreshing appetizer bites, perfect for any occasion. Cream cheese and salmon  , carrots, arugula are wrapped in slices of cucumber and seasoned to taste. These tasty appetizers are very elegant yet super simple to make. 


  • 1-2 English cucumber
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 oz smoked salmon
  • hand full of arugula
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1.  Wash  the cucumber. Cut off the ends. Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into long thin strips.
  2. Lay a cucumber slice on a clean chopping board/work top and spread the cream cheese onto it, close to one of the ends. Place 1 or 2 salmons strips next to it , add carrots and  a arugula leave. Roll it up, making sure it’s tight. Place on serving plate or appetizer dish. Repeat until you have used up all the cucumber slices.
