Fruit and yogurt parfait is high in protein, lower in sugar ,and good for dessert or snack.
• 2 Kiwis
• 1 cup strawberries, chopped
• 1 cup blueberries
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
1. Add a scoop of yogurt into the dish you will serve. Choose the yogurt of your choice. Thick, rich and creamy makes yogurt parfait even better!
2. Add 1/4 cup of mix and chopped kiwi, strawberries, blueberries( you can use fresh or frozen fruits and berries of your choice )
