Grilled salmon kebabs

These grilled salmon kababs are easy, delicious and healthy, and keto friendly meal. Tender,  and with tons of flavor, these are nicely caramelized and cooked to juicy perfection.


  • 1 lb salmon, boneless, skinless, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 lemon, to garnish
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce


  1. Preheat the grill
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients — olive oil, lemon juice, red onion juice, sweet chili sauce, salt and pepper. Add the salmon cubes, toss to coat and marinate for 30 minutes

    3. Thread the salmon cubes on wooden or bamboo skewers, soak them in water at least 30 minutes before using

4.Place the salmon on the grill and grill kababs for 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping them couple times, until salmon cooked throughout.

5. Transfer Salmon kebabs from the grill onto platter with lettuce and garnish with slices of lemon.
