Hazelnut spread Puff pastry Wreath recipe

prep time 15 minutes, baking time 25 minutes

This recipe so easy to make and as it’s a few ingredient hazelnut spread puff pastry dessert it makes an affordable way to feed family and friends at a holiday party.


  • 1 lb puff pastry dough
  • 1 cup Hazelnut spread of your choice
  • 1 egg
  •  1 tbsp powdered sugar
  •  berries to decorate


  1. Heat oven to 350F/180C. Lay baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll dough on work surface. spread Hazelnut spread over dough.



3.Roll up dough starting at longest side; pinch to seal, and place seam side down lengthwise in middle of cookie sheet.

4.Using  knife, slice dough lengthwise to form 2 halves.

5.Twist halves together with cut sides of dough facing up. Shape into circle; gently pinch ends together.

6.Brush with beaten egg and place on the baking pan with parchment paper and bake foe 20-25 minutes.

7.Take out of oven, cool and sprinkle with powder sugar. decorate with fresh berries .
