Salmon Summer rolls

Prep time 15 minutes, cooking time 5 minutes

These Salmon Summer rolls are simple and flavorful, and can be  served this as an appetizer, lunch, or a tasty side dish


  • 6 rice papers
  • 12 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 red and yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 English’s cucumber, sliced
  • red cabbage, cut in strips
  • cilantro
  • Lettice
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil


  1. Dab salmon with paper towel then slice into 1/2 ” slices and season with salt and Sriracha chili sauce

2.Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil to a pan and cook salmon for 1-2 mins on each side.

3.Add water to a round dish and dunk your rice paper roll in the water for 20-30 seconds until it softens. On a damp working surface lay down the rice paper roll piece of lettuce, cucumber , bell pepper, cabbage, cilantro and salmon

4.Roll it up and then fold the end on top of one another. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with sauce of your choice
