Matcha tiramisu

This Matcha tiramisu has layers of ultra creamy filling and matcha soaked ladyfingers. It’s full of matcha flavor and  is a delicious twist on a classic Italian dessert


  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder(
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 8 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1.  In a small bowl, whisk the 1 tablespoon matcha and 1 cup hot water in a bowl and set aside to cool.
  2. Add the cold heavy whipping cream , condensed milk , vanilla to a large bowl. Mix with hand mixer on low for about 30 seconds then slowly increase speed to high. Beat until the whipped cream has medium stiff peaks
  3. Quickly dip the top and bottom of your lady fingers briefly in the matcha tea mixture. 1-2 seconds on each side. Place them in to dessert dish. Cut the pieces so there are no gaps.

4.After the bottom layer of dipped lady fingers is arranged, add whipped cream mixture on top and smooth out to the edges using a rubber spatula.

       5.Dip more ladyfingers, arranging them on top of the filling as you go and add another layer of cream mixture.
       6.Dust top with matcha powder and chill overnight.
