Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate flake cereal

250 g tea biscuits

150 ml condensed milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 30 ml water
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- rosemary for decoration
Instructions
- Crumble biscuits with food processor and transfer to the bowl.
2.Add cocoa powder to the bowl with crumbles and mix. Add melted butter and condensed milk and mix until a play dough-like texture is reached.
3.Make cones with dough. Place on a flat surface and begin sticking cereal pieces into the cone, wrapping around from top to bottom.
4.Place the cones on the serving tray sprinkled with coconut flakes, and sprinkle with powdered sugar to create a snowy look. Decorate with rosemary branches.
5.Serve at room temperature.
