Grilled Spicy Lemon Shrimp recipe is one of the easiest and tastiest ways to prepare shrimp. You can make delicious , full of flavor meal under 30 minutes.
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 tsp cyanean peppered
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Heat the grill to medium heat. Soak wooden skewers in the water.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon, and salt. Add the shrimp to the bowl or put everything in a zip-top bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Drain the marinade and discard. Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium heat, 3 minutes per side, or until just pink.
Serve on skewers or remove to a serving dish with rice or side dish of your choice
