Oatmeal Crepes recipe

Oatmeal Crepes

Do you want a simple, tasty, healthy and breakfast? We recommend you make Oatmeal Crepes! A great gluten-free alternative to flour based crepes, you can top them off with your favorite ingredients, or dress them down for a healthy weekend brunch. Either way, everyone will love them!


  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tbsp quick oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • berries and fruits
  • pinch of salt


  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt, mixing well after. Set the bowl aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Brush or spray a large skillet with vegetable oil. Pour half the batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a thin layer. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Repeat until all batter has been used.
  4. Serve with berries and fruits of your choice. We recommend strawberries or bananas.
